Create a virtual account

Creates a new virtual account for a user. Virtual accounts allow users to receive fiat currency deposits that are automatically converted to stablecoins on a specified blockchain network.

Currently supported:

US_ACH: US ACH transfers

Authentication: Both x-api-key header and Authorization: Bearer <token> header are required.

Idempotency: Requires an idempotency key in the headers to prevent duplicate account creation.
