Retrieve details of a specific PayIn by its ID, including settlement information.

Settlement Information:

PSE PayIns: Returns settlement array with 1 element (one-time use)
SPEI PayIns: Returns settlement array with multiple elements (reusable, multiple payments)

Authentication: Both x-api-key header and Authorization: Bearer <token> header are required.
